Tutte con bagno privato, quattro camere dotate anche di aria condizionata ed una con ventilatore a soffitto. La mezza pensione e' su richiesta. Prezzi accessibili. Ricca di atmosfera ed ambiente rilassante.
Dalle finestre di tre camere della struttura si puo' godere la vista del borgo medievale.
La proprietaria e' di origine italiana ma ha trascorso meta' della sua vita in Australia dove ha tuttora legami molto forti. Innamoratasi della Toscana ha venduto tutto e si e' trasferita in questa regione per intraprendere l'attivita' di B&B. Fluente in inglese si adopera in tutti i modi affinche' i suoi ospiti siano soddisfatti e si sentano a casa propria mentre sono in vacanza.
E' diventata nonna ed ha dedicato Le Tre Perle alle sue tre nipotine.

B&B LE TRE PERLE Le Tre Perle is a recently renovated structure in the historical centre of Colle Val d'Elsa.
Centrally located Le Tre Perle consists of:
Ground fl. : reception, breakfast area
1st fl. : 1 double (or twin) - 1 double+sofa bed - 1 triple (3 single beds or double+1) – 1 quadruple (4 single beds OR double+ 2 single beds)
2nd fl.: 1 double+sofa bed (terrace)
All with private bathroom. Affordable prices combined with high standard of atmosphere and relaxing environment. Four rooms are also equipped with air conditioning and one with ceiling fan. Half-board is arranged on request.
The owner is of Italian origin but has spent half of her life in Australia where she still has many strong ties. Because of her love for Tuscany she sold all her possessions and moved to this region to start her own B&B activity. Fluent in English she strives to ensure that her guests be happy and feel at home while away from home.
She is also a grand-mother and has dedicated Le Tre Perle to her three grand-daughters.
